To sweeten consider Rock Candy Crystals.
Theine (caffeine) content: None | Gift Tin Packaging (Reusable & Recyclable)
Suggested Water Temperature: 212 F – Suggested Infusion Time: 8 Minutes.
Preparation: Bring fresh water to the boil. Warm up your tea pot by rinsing it with hot water. Fill one teaspoon per 6 oz cup of this Herbal Tisane into the preheated tea pot or preferred cup. Pour the hot water into the tea. Let infuse up to 8 Minutes and serve. Remove infuser or pour your tea into another tea-pot or thermos carafe. Using an infuser or ‘Permanent Tea Filter’ for your cup or pot makes it easy to separate the fruits and herbs from the beverage after steeping.
Culinary notes: Because of its fresh and light character this Herbal Tisane is offered as a choice with light foods, vegetarian, Macrobiotic or vegetable recipes and special desserts including fruits and lighter French cheese selections. Superb Iced Tea selection. Suitable as a ‘day & night’ children’s tea.

About the Artist:
Born in 1948, Eike Erzmoneit grew up during the rebuilding of post-war Berlin, and in the shadow of the Berlin wall, moved to London. A feature of his work is the imagery of the wall and his fascination for exploring the idea of changing dimensions exemplified by the space analogies. Eike’s pictures explore space and time. The work is not confined to canvas. Often mundane objects take on a different aspect when modelled in acrylic and precious metals. This artist has also a passion for restoring and lending his own personal brand of artistry to classic cars. He can be seen driving one of his collection of post war Humbers.
His artwork, however, continued to dominate and overtake the other half of his creative output and his work was exhibited for the first time in 1976 in the Gallery Europa, Europa-Center Berlin.
He has worked as a freelance artist in London and Berlin with regular European exhibitions. The 1990’s saw Eike’s artwork exhibited in New Delhi, San Francisco and New York.
He is a member of the Society for Art of Imagination.
